Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused

In original packaging

In the same condition as received
Used headband headphones are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. If it’s been worn, it’s done.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Used or worn headphones

Items damaged due to misuse, water exposure, or improper handling

Orders with missing parts or accessories
We don’t resell used electronics. End of discussion.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide:

Order number

Clear photos or video showing the issue
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund. We decide which — not you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

You’ll be notified of approval or rejection

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you don’t see the refund after approval, check with your bank before emailing us.

We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is defective
Returned items sent without approval will be rejected.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Contact your card issuer

Then contact us
Skipping steps 1 and 2 wastes everyone’s time.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
We are not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping costs are your responsibility.
