Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional business day. You’ll be notified if there is a significant delay.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days depends on area

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or factors outside our control.

  • Worldwide

If your country is not available at checkout, we do not ship there yet.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, that’s a carrier issue — not a product issue.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

We don’t control customs. Complaining to us won’t change that.


Damaged or Lost Packages

Headband headphones are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the packaging and product

Lost packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for refunds. We’ll help you file a claim, but we’re not your shipping company.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipping costs are your responsibility.
